Sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour in duration. Athletes are encouraged to where low profile, flat bottom footwear with a minimal heel such as low cut basketball shoes, tennis shoes or the Reebok Nano.

How much does it cost?
During this unprecedented time we are offering an Introductory, 4-Week Program for $159 (Normally $196).
Do I need equipment?
Our workouts are designed knowing that most athletes do not have equipment available. We use bodyweight, towels, balls etc. and use varied timing and repetition schemes to maximize results.
How does it work?
Simply download Zoom on to your laptop, tablet or mobile phone. We provide secure links in our clients password protected page on our website for instant access.
How many sessions do I get?
This 4-week program includes 12 live remote training sessions and the recorded workouts in case you miss.
How much space do I need?
A 5' x 5' area on a non slip surface is all you need. Our athletes are working out in their bedrooms, family rooms, basements, garages and even in hallways.
What is the difference between this and other programs?
Other online program simply offer written programs with video tutorials, leaving you on your own. We provide real time live coaching to make sure you are doing things right!
